Take note that the Bucephalandra "dark velvet" from Kalimantan Barat is new species related to Bucephalandra pygmaea cos the spadix is like a "melted ice cream" ....pointed in red arrow. However, for Bucephalandra motleyana, the spadix is like a sponge.
